Happy 5th of May
Well if I would have remembered, we woudda had Mexican food tonight. Roanna reminded me with a card.
We can't even go down to the Mexican restaurant at Shawnesy, cause they closed last night. Ah, well, I will have to do something next weekend, or some such.
Still quiet, not much happening, still, made california rolls yesterday for lunch, had lots so had some for today as well. Not bad, the rolling of the sushi went better than I expected, my avacado was unripe so I did not use it, I got it on Sunday, I should have put it in a bag to ripen faster. And sadly I brought a sushi rice viniger to season the rice, but it was really bad, more on the sour side than the sweet side. Better luck next time.
We went for a long walk/run to the pet store to get more cat food, came back and watched the BBC series on Winsor Castle, I think it is a four part series, we have seen three so far. For some reason I am really interested in the series. The first two brought me to tears for some strange reason, such a beautiful castle. Anyhoo, just been playing Marrowind on the Xbox, and thats about it, keeping it kinda quiet this week. Tonight it Survior night, so Roanna gets the big screen, it was fun when the show first started.... but I just can't get into it. Ah well.
