Cookin' up a Storm
Well back to a quick blog, just got out of the kitchen where I made
Curried Chicken Salad with raisins
Tuna salad with celery and lemon
Simering a beefbroth with red wind some extra veggies and a cut of beef bone
Chopped onions and put in oven for combining with the above in about 2 1/2 hours.
Took out the trash from all the bits from above (and the cat poop), and see that it is snowing (just a little bit).
Just brewing up some mexican decafe coffee (it was brought by our neighbour last year when we house sat for her). I know, I know....it's decafe, but right now it's all I have in the freezer.
Gonna toast up a bagel and have that for breakfast.
Oh I meant to mention, yesterday, I finally decided to put holes in the walls, and hang our pictures, now we have a bit more room, since we were placing pics, and stuff against the walls or shelves.
It is amazing what a few pictures on the wall do to the place, we put stuff up by eyeballing it, so not everything is perfectly alligned, like I told Roanna, we will pull out the laser level for when we get a house. The second bedroom (computer room) has my fire stuff up and my Bone poster (signed limited edition thank you very much!). The rest of the rooms have our paintings of Calgary, and our Bermuda acid photo, and our old WEEBL licence plate.
We even were able to empty two shelves where the paintings were stored.
Anywoo, this will probably be the last post for today, so everyone enjoy the last of your weekend.
