Here you go I just uploaded the picture. A smoked meatloaf, done on the BBQ, with hickery woodchips, took just under 2 hours. And tasted great, if you look around the edges you can see the pink "smoke ring", that smoked meat should have.

I almost took a bite out of my monitor when I saw that meatloaf, I've never had smoked meatloaf before. If anyone could find a way to smoke meatloaf, you could! *yum*
